No more than 2 MVR violations in the last 3 years
No major accidents in the last 3 years
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years

Transport and Deliver drums, totes, and bagged chemicals in Tractor-Trailer Heated and Box Dry Van
Delivery to dedicated customer locations in Texas, Colorado and Utah
Live load and unload with some drop and hook
